Mission Statement

Mission Statement

Hope Lutheran is an ELCA church.  Our mission statement is as follows:
“Called by Jesus to go and do likewise, We Love, We Experience, We Discover God and God’s will in the world.”

Vision Statement

HOPE’S vision is to build faith and community. Dedicating ourselves to serving God; creating an environment that nurtures a transition from membership to stewardship with a duty to serve Jesus’ Kingdom.  Aspiring to build a local community of HOPE; interconnected by a spiritual ecosystem providing a network of entry points.

  • We look for God’s presence in everyone and everything – Isaiah 44:24
  • In community we celebrate who we are in Jesus Christ. – Colossians 3:15-17
  • Through prayer, worship, the sacraments and study we continue to grow in our trust of God. Corinthians 4:16-18
  • We seek God’s will for us and the world through scripture and prayer – Colossians 1:9-11
  • We live our lives in the joy of God’s grace and forgiveness in Jesus. – Isaiah 65:17-19
